We provide you FUN AND SAFE service

  • Carrillo Adventures reserves the right to cancel or change any tour due to access water in the flow or by poor condition of roads and Access to places where they are to develop the tour.
  • If for some reason it had to make a change before or during the service, for reason stated in point number one, it would be offered other similar activity without refund.
  • If the other tour is not operated, will be a full refund of the fare paid.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to clients who are in unsuitable conditions for the tour for the safety and the of all.
  • Customers should not be under the influence of liquor or drugs, if the client uses a particular medication, please indicate to the guide.
  • Children and National’s rate 20% discount on the net rate applies to children under 10 years old.
  • All tours must be pre-paid. In case of credit, it must complete a form, which will be approved by management.
  • We give 100% refund service canceled 48 hours before his execution.
  • We have 50% administrative fee for cancellations made 24 hours before the day of the tour.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours from the date of the tour.
  • All information provided by our customers is not delived, not rented and not sold to third parties.

Políticas de Nuestros Servicio 

  • Carrillo Adventures se reserva el derecho de cancelar o cambiar cualquier tour por exceso en el caudal del agua, o bien por mal estado de carreteras o accesos a lugares donde se vaya a desarrollar el tour.
  • Si por alguna razón se tuviera que generar un cambio antes o durante el servicio, por razones indicadas en el punto número uno, se le estaría ofreciendo otra actividad similar, sin devolución.
  • En caso de que el tour no sea operado, se hará un reembolso total de la tarifa pagada.
  • Reservamos el derecho de admisión a clientes que se encuentren en condiciones no adecuadas para realizar el tour por su seguridad y la de todos.
  • Los clientes no deben de estar bajo la influencia de licor o drogas, si el cliente utiliza alguna medicina en particular, por favor indicar.
  • Tarifa para niños y nacionales aplica 20% de descuento sobre la tarifa neta.
  • Tarifa de niños aplica para niños menores de 10 años.
  • Todo tour debe ser pre-pagado.
  • En caso de crédito, se debe de llenar un formulario, mismo que será aprobado por la gerencia.
  • Damos el 100% de devolución en servicios cancelados con 48 horas antes de su realización.
  • Tenemos un cobro administrativo del 50% para cancelaciones realizadas 24 horas antes de la fecha del tour.
  • No habrá devoluciones para cancelaciones realizadas en menos de 24 horas de la fecha del tour.
  • Toda la información suministrada por nuestros clientes no se entrega, no se alquila y no se vende a terceras personas.
