Job Responsibilities: Front Office Receptionist

Front Desk Management:

Meet and Greet: traffic on the the front table and connecting them to worried personnel or departments.
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming telecellsmartphone calls.
Update calendars and time table meetings
Receiving and sorting each day mail
Ensure reception vicinity is tidy and presentable, with all essential stationery and advertising material (e.g. pens, bureaucracy and brochures)
Perform different admin responsibilities which includes filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing etc, 12th Pass Jobs In Dubai

Administration:

Coordinate workplace sports and operations toward commercial enterprise efficiency
Travel Management – as in step with accepted requests
Manage Corporate SIM/Phone plans and correspondence with the vendor (e-mail, letters, programs etc.)

Office Management:

Track and stock of workplace components, groceries etc
Coordinate for maintenance to workplace equipment, fixtures etc
Order the front workplace components and maintain stock of stock, 12th Pass Jobs In Dubai
Assist HR and different peer departments and groups each time essential
Co-ordinating with the IT branch for any requests
Managing Company property and maintaining stock for the same
Performing different applicable responsibilities whilst needed.
