Job description

The Cash Application Specialist’s key feature is to approach and match payments from a customer to the correct customer debts and respective invoice(s). It is a critical part of debts receivable as this team services all provider traces in North America. It includes processing immoderate volumes of rate transactions, manually reviewing remittances from our clients, handling multiple schedules of unapplied cash, working with exceptional internal colleagues/businesses about numerous issues related to Cash Applications, email communications with patrons and/or patron debts payable to remedy rate issues, and approach refunds. The best candidate will study their feature on the assignment as they come to be familiar with Korn/Ferry’s accounting tool and environment. They may go with our income and billing businesses for multiple provider traces, tax and payroll departments, further to respective Project Managers and their supporting coordinators.
