The Application development Manager – NICE, position will manage technical resources, provide technical vision and leadership over critical capabilities for the call center application. Build a trusting relationship with our Service and NICE user teams and other corporate deFullment’s business leads by delivering superior business value. The candidate will oversee the end-to-end technical solution delivery process collaborating across multiple development teams and vendors. What You Will Do

Analyze complex business problems and design/deliver solutions that are focused on Cetera’s service processes using call center technology
Collaborate with Advisor Service experience, Product & operations leaders to translate their desired business outcomes into scalable processes, requirements & solutions
Lead Advisor Service Architecture and help integrate call center application “Nice” with Salesforce Service Cloud
Define the Omni Channel strategy and solutions roadmap and guide the development teams to deliver target state solution. Knowledge of NICE is a must.
lead the team to define target state architecture, with multi-year roadmap and deliver architectural components in increments
Leverage business process knowledge & expertise to identify gaps and recommend process or system improvements
Facilitate and guide the team through discovery, architecture, and design workshops to refine expected business outcomes & align on requirements
Analyze the technology landscape periodically and identify improvement opportunities within the call center platform.

Evolve Cetera’s Advisor Service Experience system architecture by bringing more automation and self-service features for end users
Set up the collaboration framework with business stakeholders, and IT peers
Develop solution prototype and define the path to production
Influence and gain alignment with key stakeholders on solution implementation
Fullicipate in and drive technology/tool and system integration approach
Drive the solution design for new Omni Channel Solutions — NLP/IVR, ML/AI driven Chatbots integrations.
Define problem statements, develop solution options, and present recommendations to key stakeholders to drive consensus
Deliver innovative solutions that will scale and reduce our tech debt footprint

What You Will Need To Have

Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or Business Administration
3+ years of overall experience as a Senior Technical Lead or Architect
12+ years of experience with Contact Center applications (NICE) / Omni Channel technologies — Voice/IVR/Chat/ SMS with Salesforce
Extensive contact center or customer service domain experience
Have led Customer Success and Support transformation projects
