Assists Costco contributors via inbound calls and chat. This can include but is not restricted to, studying membership problems, product data and safety questions, a manual with membership and billing, Executive Rewards questions, and recording member pointers and specific feedback, the use of more than one system simultaneously to provide excellence in member service. Responsibilities:
