Receive emergency and non-emergency service requests via online, email, or calls from residents.
Handle all calls, including troubleshooting and scheduling resident service request needs.

Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
Create work orders and dispatch accordingly.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
