Minimum Qualifications…

High school or PharmD degree, or equal FPGE (NABP).
Pharmacy license (through task access date).
Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization education program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
