Minimum Qualifications…
- High school or PharmD degree, or equal FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (through task access date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization education program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
